Refunds can be initiated under the following circumstances:

Refund requests will only be accepted if initiated within 5 days post order delivery.
Additionally, customers must share an unboxing video for cases of a damaged or wrong product to facilitate the refund process. This video should demonstrate the condition of the received item and will be necessary to validate the refund request.
